So all of the hard work paid off!
It was a long and challenging first competitive season for me with lots of lessons to learn along the way, but I'm incredibly happy and proud to have taken home a trophy and a medal from a UK & International Finals.
The standard on the day was inspiring, lots of amazing physiques and it was an honour to stand alongside them and represent our sport.
It's safe to say I need a good couple of years away to add some mass, but I will definitely be back and the next time I'll be unrecognisable!
