“When They Ask Dad to Deliver the Baby” #really

The pelvic outlet, which is the lower opening of the pelvis that the baby passes through during birth, is shaped in a way that it is longest from front to back. This shape plays a key role in how the baby moves through the birth canal. As the baby’s head descends, it needs to rotate to align with this front-to-back dimension to fit through more easily. This rotation allows the widest part of the baby’s head to match the longest part of the pelvic outlet, making delivery smoother. Once the head is through, the baby’s shoulders must also rotate to line up with this same front-to-back space. This sequence of rotations is a natural and necessary part of the birthing process, helping the baby navigate the pelvis efficiently. The ability of the baby to adjust its position during delivery is one of the amazing ways the body works to ensure a safe passage through the birth canal.

This man exudes confidence. No fainting nor barfing here 😀👍😀👍😀👍😃💪💪
I was C-section in 1959. Dad's sat in the waiting room, and my mother had very large fibroids removed after I was born so I don't think she even held me until that evening or the next day. She said she saw me in the reflection when they pulled me out. Then they gave her general anesthesia to do her surgery.

My husband delivered three of our kids! I mean, I did all the work but he happily caught them as they flew out 😂

My son was born sunny side up. It was 1991, and they didn't even know until I couldn't push him out. No pain relief either. I finally pushed one last huge time, and I did it. Let's just say that damage was done, but thank God he was fine. ❤

He is the best father already and the husband ever woman wants. Such a big smile and willing to get involved even of he's not trained. Not scared, not disgusted, not on his phone. He's right there with his wife and reasy to "catch" his child. ❤❤❤❤❤❤

As a woman that has a baby....the whole process of birth will never cease to equally awe and scare me. Those tiny humans change your world even before they are born. Subhanallah. It's a miracle in every sense.
