try changing dns many time if still didn't work if still not work try reinstalling game

none of this bs fixes anything.. The only thing you are doing is changing your specific DNS server from your Closest to Googles. waiting 2 mins after disabling your network adapter doesnt do a damn thing. It would be the same as unplugging the cable or disabling the wifi for 2 mins. Doesnt do a damn thing. Do not listen to this person "AI" they have no clue of what they are doing :P
