This Might just be the PERFECT place for YOU, but just in case its not, here are my TOP 10 warning signs, something here aint right. Aint should be a real word, everyone uses it.

The intentions of this video are to explain why I personally don't like real estate markets here, not to harm the actual market locally. As you can see from the video taken, Naples is a lovely town, with lovely natural and architectural settings. All the video imagery, projects a positive, welcoming, safe, and clean city space. The population growth alone, demonstrate the desire for people to live here, this is just my personal belief. I am not a collage grad, i was kicked out of high school so please don't get yourself too wound up. This guy is NOT a reliable source. (Message from another post he provided) First of all he's young and buying a "mobile home?" It's obvious he does not know what he's doing. Second, he goes around promoting reasons why people should not move or buy real estate in Naples. In Naples there are investments for all ages with different income levels and still enjoy a relative good weather. I lived in Miami, Costa Rica, Colombia, California and now Naples. (I love it here), It's clean, relatively affordable in comparison with my income and other areas I have lived and owned. This guys is obviously not a good investor because he found out "his facts" after the purchase, that should tell you everything. He rants and rants negative about Naples, people are happy here, its a dominantly retirement community or second home for decent income earners. Yes it gets hot and humid, that's why people in Naples come and go for the season but apparently he also failed to do his research in advance. My advise for him to figure out how to make more money, he's still young and he has no business living in a mobile home community designed mainly for the elderly whom perhaps have no one to care for them in their late years. Instead he's trying to trash a market for much needed people. Naples is a thriving community with plenty of development and thousands of people are buying real estate in preparation for their retirement. But this kid already retired in a mobile home park and he calls himself a "millennial" and now we all know how they think... Go figure!

have a friend who is putting house up for sale in golden gate estates (outer naples) and is nervous. Market is looking down with many houses sitting on the market for long periods of time and needing to reduce prices multiple times to finally get an offer.

How does it make no sense that homes are crazy expensive in port royal compared to WPB? The beach lots in naples are far more scarce than in WPB, beach value in naples is worth more than WPB due to availability
