For the upload capability:
Have the user copy and paste the Google Doc URL or ID into a form field,
Then have a script open that file and move it to an appropriate folder.

This assumes two things:
1) You are working with Google Docs.
2) You have sharing rights on the uploaded doc. (might be able to request share in script as well)

I am still waiting for the day teachers can use forms to make students locate positions (and set circular regions for error margins), draw lines/curves, shade regions, drag and drop objects. All of these functions with answer key options would be such a great help.

Google, I must say I am somewhat disappointed with this release. Seem like you have the pointy end of the demand. Most of what this video shows is already available via Scripts in sheets to create the forms. What I think is required is the ability to interact with form data while in use and change data in list etc based on selections. Also the ability to valid an email address or to redirect to a new URL page on submit. Thanks for more it forward.

Hi Eric, How to Open a Form using another Form?
When using Forms in a class (in an Educational Institution) is it possible to disable the link allowing students to "Create a New Form", in order to stop them getting distracted? They all have Google accounts and they all know how enjoyable it is to design forms. Thanks

Is there any way that someone who doesn't know the first thing about coding or programming to make use of scripting without hiring someone who does or going through 8 years of training? For instance the first thing I need to do is turn individual responses to editable Google Docs so that the respondent can go back and edit it...as it exists in an actual doc that I can link to from another doc.
