Ya'll my kids asked me to do this just a week ago and I am proud to say I nailed it first attempt and redeemed all old folk in the eyes of at least 3 children... its not much but its a win for our generation!

74. I don’t do much skipping anymore, but as a student at the U of A in Tucson in the early 70s I found that skipping was a great way to descend those dry desert mountain trails. Try it on shallow slopes first, of course, but I was amazed that it worked so well. My brain can still skip but my knees and hips are out of the game.

I haven't forgotten how to skip. I choose not to skip because the risk of twisting my foot or ankle is too great. 😂
