Hey sunshine. Just thought you should know, this is the second time I have had to resubscribe in the last 3 months. It's not just your channel but several prepper channels I'm subscribed to.

One of our favorites is the Darn Good Chili. We add hamburger, tomatoes and more seasonings, it is so good! Another favorite is the Gumbo. We cut up and cook some chicken as well as kielbasa and a can of tomatoes. It is amazing! Thanks for sharing your supper with us, it looks great!

I’m going through all my shelf stable carbs lately…stuffing mix, Knorr sides, instant mashed potatoes.

Add cooked chunks of potatoes to make a tasty chunky soup and it stretches the servings.

I use the Bear Creek soups. The cheddar potato soup is my favorite for a base. My favorite is I add a can of diced potatoes and real bacon bits. When I serve I put a sprinkle if cheese and diced green onions on top. I have added a dolop of sour cream too and its like a loaded potato flavor soup.

We have several hundred of those meals, some are 6-7 years old but just as good as the day we bought them excellent prep foods.

Single serve Bear Creek soup mix is available on Amazon. 6 packets per box on sale today for $11.00. I have tried them all and think they are worth the price for getting a single serving. I also keep a few cans of that Smoke Ham because it is delicious and can be added to any soup, casserole, and is great with eggs for breakfast.

Although I have a wide variety of Bear creek soups and pastas, the only two I have tried is cheddar cheese and broccoli and the cken soup! They're not only delicious, filling and truly feed more than eight people or several meals, I always enhance the flavors and ingredients for each one. To the cken soup I add boiled cken ( boiled right there in the water for the soup or also add a cken bullion cubes!), potatoes, veggies (fresh or canned) and seasonings, doubling the servings and thickness of the soup, for the cheddar broccoli soup, I add more shredded cheese, fresh broccoli (or frozen) and seasonings, these soups are delicious and nourishing as is but I like to add my own touch to make them my own and believe me my family love these soups and they're super healthy and thick and flavorful! It's worth the price and so easy to make and store, perfect for preppers or those that are not handy in the kitchen! Thanks for your video, great ideas, sorry u hurt urself, next time open all the top of the can it's safer that way! Love ur channel and you always make good sense! God bless 🙏👍😋😍

I don't recall using the Bear Creek soup mix. Looks like a winner to me. Great job, I enjoy the content.

Idea..maybe y'all like it, maybe not..idk!
So during 2020 stupid time..
Here in Cali ..bread was GONE..now I do make bread but..it can time consuming..
So I bought a bread maker bc..I kinda had to make more for neighbors..especially 2 elderly men..
Difficult to get flour but everyone was giving/finding flour so I could make them bread😊
In response to other & continuing "stuff" regarding preparedness..since then..
I also found & bought a few other things specifically for..ease of cooking.
I have a BBQ & 3 other "cookers" jet boil..camp stove..but if you don't want peeps to see/smell you cooking..
1st I have 3 Jackary's..a small/car 240, a 500 & a 1000..and also if you couldn't be outside and loud will my gas bbq or generator.
I bought this rectangle cube multi device..double decker..
The bottom left is a 4 cup Lil coffee maker, bottom right is a Lil toaster OVEN, upper left is a glass covered non stick casserole dish & upper right is mini slow cooker..and it connects/powered by my Jackary..all 4 can cook simultaneously..so I could just cook inside.. multiple things easily.
And it's what I now take in my rv or just tent camping..so instead of having to take a coffee maker, toaster, slow cooker & casserole dish..it's just 1 thing.
Can/do I also use a fire camping??? Yes but this thing is awesome!!😊
When we "went in" this "thing" and the crazy crap afterwards & still to date happening..it's made me think & plan for anything & everything..
So this is just an idea/s! For thinking about..secret/inside, safety and efficiency!
I bought it at Amazon and the brand is Cyetus!!! And they have many different variations!
If I had to leave, this would definitely be something I would take!
If I had a Lil off grid cabin it's also something I would have..
If we lost power, everyone would be outside bbq ing..but 6 weeks later that might not be a great idea!😊

I pack any minor wound with cayenne pepper; it helps stop the bleeding. I then dress it normally. I also take cayenne capsules during my period bc it helps coagulate the blood and reduces leaks. It also helps minimize the amount of products I go through in a day. Cayenne is amazing and has other healing properties.

I have broken countless manual can openers in my adult life. HOWEVER I have never broken a P38 can opener. I purchased, I want to say it was a 10 pack of them on Amazon and have them taped to the inside lid of the 5 gallon buckets that contain my "meal kits". I have one on my keyring, wallet, car oddly enough on vacation I needed a can opener and my P38 was right within reach. So easy to use and VERY reliable and durable.
