What We Look for in New PACU Recruits

Are you interested in what we are looking for in new PACU recruits? Then, this video is for you!

For pre-op/PACU, we like people who have little experience.

You need to have telemetry experience--even just the basic, but enough to recognize the abnormal rhythms because that is one reason we sometimes cancel the surgery.

We also look for critical thinking skills, not necessarily critical care background.
