Well There were shorts before 2011, There was a vid in 2007 made by Sheila Graber, She is an animator, artist. Her first video was in 2007 and was named "Sheila 0 to 70 in 11secs" Is a morphing video from 0 to 70. There are many shorts before her debut on youtube but This is what i only found
