Before I even clicked on this video, I first thought of the most thoughtful gift a partner could get me and it had something to do with my Father. I was also very close with my Father and I lost him when I was 17. I long for more time with him and I think about him everytime I reach another milestone in my life or when I have a bad day, also when I have a good day. When I'm with my nieces and nephews and knowing that they never got a chance to meet him. I think about him not being able to see my first child be born (if I have any) Just the thought of falling in Love and getting married and him not being able to walk me down the aisle makes me cry sometimes. That's how much my Fathers death affects me and it's been 10 years.
