Old tech vs new. One business I always thought about was retro fitting cars by taking something new and reshelling it with an old collectable shell while keeping all the new tech with awd etc. New cars are getting silly fast and there's a lot of old cars that need to be kept just for aesthetics.

Remember seeing the build on different forums back in the day. At the time I had my SRi130 powered Kadett coupe on the road and I completely identify with the drive it there, kick its head in all day and drive it home thing! Video makes me want to dig it out storage and back on the road

I remember this from the darkcruisers days, from memory it looked a bit cleaner back then though. Remember there was a red mk1 astra with a let in it around the northwest maybe 2005ish as well that got stopped by the police coming back from Blackpool one night as he was having a play with a Porsche on the m6.

The Opels always looked a bit nicer than the Vauxhalls of the same model, I had a Opel Ascona B and I put a 2.0L pinto engine and box in it on the original 1.6 back axle, it was good fun back in the day
