All the new items in CAS for Lovestruck!

I feel like the CAS in this pack has a lot of opportunities for showing off characters' personalities, which I approve of. Some of these go a lot further than I ever expected Maxis to go!

I’m actually really excited for this packs CAS stuff! I like the amount of oversized tops for women (and even the crop tops) but I especially appreciate the more “daring” outfits for masculine sims. Overall it doesn’t feel too one-toned or themed which I really appreciate

As a Growing Together pack owner (but not for rent) I don't think there's much overlap. This pack is more vibrant (so I get the overlap with for rent) and with more patterns. Also GrT is very grandpa vibes while this one feels younger (with the graphic tees and the cuts). But it also has good basics. One thing I hate with masc cas items is how ill fitting it is as soon as my sims have a belly because they are boxy, very square. But the items in here seem more rounded, more flowy? So overall I feel I could really use the cas (except the costumes 🙃). I'm scared random townies will appear with the costumes though. 😭

I would really have loved a longer medium curly/wavy hair for male sims. Not shoulder length, but similar and shorter than the curly hairstyle that Leslie from Strangerville has or Morgyn from RoM. I think the team should step out of their comfort zone with male cas assets especially hairs because it feels like we have seen the same undercut hair 100 times already in the latest packs. That said I love the bowl cut that comes with this pack.

CAS keeps getting better and better - generally, so I'm not complaining. But I DOOOO feel like a few of these pieces are very much previous items just revised - and some of them look a bit like poorly cut CC. But I'm happy with the assets overall. I LOVE the copying makeup/details to each outfit category. We definitely got that because of you, Mollie!

I love the accessories copy!!! Now though, I want the ability to hide clothing/accessories/hair in CAS that I am not going to use. Especially with all these packs coming out, it is becoming too much to sift through!! Or maybe let me pin all my favorite stuff and have a different menu for that?

I really love this review! I love the way you did it and your honesty about it. I personally really don’t know what to think. I know I often download things that can make my feminine sims look more sexy and I’m glad that we get that in this pack. As for the men, I’m always disappointed with what they give us for them. Same syndrome then when I was a child playing Barbie... It’s like male sims are not really important, we have to include them because they exist, but they don’t get what they need and deserve, they are overlooked and when they get extravagant things to wear, it’s things I never ever use in my game. 🤷🏻‍♀️ I wish they would give masculine sims real masculine looks for a change, not just feminine looks arranged for male sims.

I may sound selfish, buy I feel like for how much money we pay, we should get more. If that makes sense. I actually love the female create a sim for the most part. Unfortunately the male cas looks like stuff we already have for casual wear. I am disappointed that the straight hair updo in the clip has that chunk hanging out. I don't like that at all. It doesn't look flattering. Was excited for that hairdo until I saw it in the trailer. I just wish we actually got more for the price. I'm super excited for this pack though.

Honestly this is probably my favorite cas in a while. A lot of the risky stuff also leans into alternative clothing styles which I'm always happy to get more of and we have a lot of really colorful stuff in the masculine tag whick I tend to adore and have a lot of fun with but we just don't get often. I even like the shoulder tops cause again they kinda lean into some of that just not mainstream style. I also use CC from some creators who kind of push the maxis match lable so while some if the assets don't look as nice as say Senate's CC (definitely push Maxis Match but gorgeous CC and works for me but I also don't need the writing on stuff to be simlish so yeah) they also don't look any less like sims 4. Yes, Senate's stuff looks so much better but if they're inside what I use these things will at least not look out of place.

I actually think it's fine that kids didn't get stuff in this pack, sense this pack is a sexy pack it makes sense that kids don't get stuff. I'd be wielded out if they did

I already have an idea for the harness and thje chain. I'm going to pair ti wit ha pair of leather trousers from one of the other packs plus a pair of boots and boom you have adult content. I also like that you can create personal tags for relationships so those of us with adult interests can create those styles of relationships.
It is annoying that yet again masculin sims get over looked. Its alsmost as if think only females bother to dress up and look good for dates or that only females want to look sexy for their partners men do too. However I guess it's sims imitating real life. After all most of the time men's clothing get shoved in a back corner whilst women's weare takes up two entire floors.

13:07 ofc the sims teams use anything as an excuse to do less work😂, same goes for children hairs, we asked for conversion from adult’s hairs and we never got a new unique hairstyles for children ever again…
