I remind ya’ll that prep isnt necessary to have a fun and fruitful patch! You can easily make a ton of gil just by playing casually as well, so don’t stress and have fun🤗❤

but quick main assumptions/takeaways!

⭐ - immutable solutions will be used in new job crafts.
⭐ - with savage delay, gear is iffy and will probably stabilize before a ton are bought.
⭐ - materia is good, but pay attention to prices instead of patch day itself!

This really motivated me to get ready. I just need to get my lazy lala butt in gear. I managed to pentameld all my professions but I still need to make extra gears for my retainer. I know my retainer will be working over time after patch starts and it needs the best gear for it to get the max items per run. Thank you for making this video. It really helped me out.

Funny enough this was in my recommendation. I look up ff14 in some guides but prep work. I’m like “yea I’m still in stormblood story still even though I got 1 maxed out class. I’m leveling up another one in meantime.” I just get overwhelmed like that meme of that girl eating all the pancakes while all the guys are the side quests

Do you think its 100% required to pentameld crafter tools? assuming you have everything else pentamelded already

Wouldn't the glamour trial weapons for past expansion be limited to what is remaining. Their is only lakshami from stormblood and everything from shb except Hades. Idk if this works or not but i been gathering the metals and lumber from the hades as stuff that could be used for SHB weapons based on previous weapon glams mats. So tungesten and stuff that are time gated.

Don't buy materia, do EW and ShB Hunts, I have like 1k Materia 9 and 1k Materia 10 clusters spare left over.
