Can someone please tell me why this is a good thing? We have thousands of prisoners in this country for the same crime, yet we trade a violent arms dealer for one in Russia. Why is Griner so much more important than every other drug prisoner in our jails? Don't get me wrong, I do not begrudge her freedom. I just don't understand why her freedom is so much more important than any other human's.
