I'm confused about the volume part because I have the Galaxy buds plus and they're similar to the Galaxy buds Fe and my buds when I want to put the volume up or down I use the right side to put the volume up and the left side to put the volume down all I have to do is just keep it pressed and the volume goes up or down, maybe that's something that you missed or I don't know cuz I don't have them so I'm not sure if maybe they just took that function off
