I doubt that the potential and existing tenants are concerned about the multi-dollar apartment on top of the subway station. I can't imagine a scenario of the tenants taking an elevator ride after getting off the subway. Can you? Maybe that information is for live-in maids of these tenants who have to run daily errands for them. My humble opinions! No offence!

It's a bit disappointing to see how tiny the apartment is inside. There is no feeling of grandeur, nor any bit of luxury, no ambience too. The only place where the lighting is posher is the kitchen. The whole interior design and the material used are CHEAP looking and worse still, OLD! I always have a feeling that this particular towers look great outside, but it's not as impressive once you get in there.
