Republican presidential candidate Sen. Marco Rubio declared on “Face the Nation,” that if President Barack Obama decides to nominate a new justice to replace Justice Antonin Scalia, the Senate will not move forward. Rubio also told host John Dickerson that as president he would nominate someone that has, “a consistent and proving record of interpreting the Constitution as initially meant.”

WRONG...WRONG ...WRONG....Marcito the framers of the constitution were smart enough to know that the constitution could not be very specific because it needed to be
able to be interpreted according to the needs of the time. You as a
legislator should know that...Moreover it is for this reason that the BILL of RIGHTS was created. ...In other words the BILL of RIGHTS was created to address specific provisions that were not addressed spelled out in the constitution....

I don't understand how you could be a lawmaker and not understand that Marcito....
