I think they aren't making enough Amiibo because of supply and demand. If they don't make a lot of them and people want them badly, people will go out of their way and try and hunt for them, which just gives Nintendo more money.

Yeah, I have a friend who works at Walmart and he got the only two gold Mario Amiibo's they had today. I'm getting one but I'll be keeping it.

Yeah, scalpers can be such a pain, Paying 4x the price for a £10 figure is something I really don't want to have to do to get myself a Meta Knight Amiibo in the future.

also, nintendo is crazy doing what they are doing with the amiibos, people are making more money than they used to buy the amiibos, sure it might make people want to buy them quickly, but there are more than a million people who want the amiibos and are forced to pay more than 100$ bucks for some!

Its kinda funny seeing all these people around the world complaining about amiibo shortages while I just sit here, in Ireland, with all amiibos available for a solid 12 euros in my local argos store :D

I bought my local Target's last Villager before I even knew this insanity would occur. I just love Animal Crossing and wanted the Villager in case there was a Wii U installment. I'm glad I bought it. e_o

I managed to get Villager, Marth, Wii Fit Trainer, Captain Falcon, Little Mac, Ike and Meta Knight in time, luckily. Still mad for not getting Rosalina and Dedede (I EVEN PREORDERED HIM AND THEY DIDN'T SEND IT TO THE STORE!)

(Note: I'm Italian. Here Captain Falcon, Pit, Ike and Lucario are more common than in the USA)
