Since new ventura came out everthing works well for multitasking which stage manager is great thing to used but finder section becomes annoyed than anything else

if the app don’t appear in the finder then just click on the app with two fingers and press show in finder and it should appear

It's pretty ridiculous you have to do all this when in Windows its a simple right click lol. I just bought a Macbook Air M1 after 15 years of using Windows and the learning curve is interesting to say the least.
