There's a certain level of enjoyment that comes from playing a great platformer. We don't get them nearly as often as we used to, so I wanted to celebrate the best titles in the genre this year.

That game Soda Crisis and Mago is hitting all my YES buttons too!! I LOVE discovering underrated gems in the indie gaming scene, especially since I got my Steam Deck. Showing other friends and co-workers ACTUAL variety and retro emulation; compared with JUST the AAA games everyone already knows to death, is the BEST!! Seeing the reactions of genuine smiles and joy at learning a new fun thing to try is the GREATEST experience to me!

Mago is a game made by a spanish youtuber "Pepe el Mago" (one of the best ones if we talk about videogames tops) and his game has only been know for a small part of the spanish community, so its good to see someone else talking about it.

I'd like to hear more about some of these games from this video. I feel like for some of them you mention the title and vaguely describe what you might find in the game's product description but don't explain how the games actually play. Other than that very watchable!

Just a heads up that your videos struggle with audio consistency. I have to keep turning the volume up and down at different points.

I think it'd be great if you let people know what your own experience is with each of the games. Because it's about taste after all, and there can be a significant discrepancy between the taste of thousands of other gamers as opposed to your own. It's ok to include games that you haven't played much or at all, but it'd help to know that.
