1. The Manor – This 56,000-square-foot property situated on four acres in Beverly Hills is the former home of Aaron Spelling. It features 123 rooms, including a bowling alley, screening room, wine cellar, and doll museum. Its current owner is Petra Ecclestone, who purchased it for $85 million in 2011.
2. Hacienda de la Paz – Located in Rolling Hills Estates, this 16-acre estate was designed to resemble a 16th-century Spanish hacienda. It features 12 bedrooms, 23 bathrooms, three kitchens, a ballroom, an art studio, and a home theater. Hacienda de la Paz was purchased by marketing executive Roger Barnett in 2005 for $53 million.
3. Owlwood Estate – This 8.4-acre property in Holmby Hills was once owned by Tony Duquette and Doris Duke. It features a main house with 10 bedrooms and 12 bathrooms, as well as a guest house, tennis court, pool, and gardens. Owlwood Estate was most recently purchased by music mogul Dr. Dre for $90 million.
