It’s worth it. It load miles up on the car but it’s a car to be driven. They make more

Because of Uber’s rise in fees they’re charging customers, the tip/mileage differential has been godawful since April. Too many bad tips that have a 10-20mi drop-off location. Unless you live in a killer market, expect it to be an uphill battle to get to 200 bucks a day, every day. I generally pick orders that are at least $1/mi each way with a max of 10mi.

My respects! You’re a bad ass..No way I could do Uber eats for 12 hrs. I do the lunch and dinner rush which come out to like 5 hrs and I’m done… $100 and I’m good 😂

It’s easy for the first month or two. When you’re 6 months in doing it everyday they start to cap you with longer wait times, longer drives, lower paying orders, etc.. that goes for every gig app. Then again they were never meant to be a long term employment option so it is what it is.

$230. Do 3 more trips to cover the gas. I’m making this daily only like 4 times a week and only work like 6 hours a day. I’m in between jobs so this is perfect if you are in between or as a side income but not for ever. You don’t want to destroy your car.

7 hours is pretty good. I need to work about 10-12 hours total (not just dash time) just to get $150-$170. Your market is everything.

Another factor is how fast the restaurant has the order ready. In some areas it’s quicker. The longer you have to wait the less jobs you can do. Lunch time is a bust dinner time is great from 5:30-9. But you won’t get more then 10-12 deliveries because most restaurants at least in my area take forever and hardly have the food ready when you arrive so u have to wait 5-10 min every single time sadly

Uber is great if you do it part-time and at times when there is very high demand and surge/promotions. If you do it FT your value/hr drops drastically + you get burnt out. My humble advice to whoever is planning to get into this: find a normal FT job that is less physically demanding and do UBER when above criteria are met.

I’m going to start driving doordash and Uber eats this coming week to supplement my income (so part time, I do have a full time job) I’m lucky to live in a booming area so that I can do this. It really IS all about location when it comes to considering this as a viable option for work.

I live in Westchester and work about 5 hours and make 75-100. I also stay within my city (White Plains) for the dinner rush and it’s always busy. Everything is relatively close so I’m not traveling far

2021-2022 were the BEST years for door dashing . I would work 5-6 days a week and earn about $600-700 literally miss those days especially during sunsets listening to music . These days I wait about 30 mins before they give me a $5 to go 15 miles 😂

It is achievable. I’ve been doing $200+ a day, usually 8-9 hrs a day. I do the dinner shift mainly and a little bit during the day. I think that’s key. Also the days your market is busy. I usually don’t work Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

A lot has changed since this video was posted. The economy keeps getting worse. I was making 200-300 a day now all the good offers have completely vanished. In Phx AZ it is DONE FOR. WAY too many drivers.

I was considering trying Uber Eats for a part-time job because my current part-time is slow but good money when it's busy. I live near the capital of Pennsylvania, Harrisburg.

I do uber eats in Eugene Oregon, and some days they offer me nothing but 2-3 dollar orders. not per mile, total (tip included).
Those days I usually make about 20-40 bucks in 10 hours, but then ill see other uber eats drivers at a pick that have worse stats then mine and they'll say they've been getting 30-40 dollar offers.
Uber sucks
