So many institutes for public help in Muslim Countries are dependent on Zakat they collect or receive. These institutions help masses of poor people in the Muslim Countries. If these institutions will not get Zakat, they will not provide the relief to hundreds of thousands of poor people in their countries. More ever paying Zakat to individuals will not help those individuals to stand on their own feet, they will always dependent on Zakat. Where as through institutions Zakat fund can be utilized to bring a lot of people to become self sufficient.

If the intention of Management who want to educate modern education together with islamic basic knowledge/ books is good means they want to spread islamic basic knowledge in children who studying modern education ?

In this situation can be build a school with Zakat fund ?

Zakat is for helping poor, Right? Then if Build a Fair Price shop to help the poor and not earn a profit from institute, not even a penny, will it be permissible to use Zakat Money for this purpose?

THAT IS SADAQAH.. not ZAKAT.... zakat is cash to be given to the person and its up to him how he/she will use the money. If you give it for a reason such as TUITION fee then its no longer ZAKAT but its already sadaqah... right?
