How to change the welcome text in Windows 10?

*Update: this does not work in Windows 1909, thanks to Pablo Alvarez for finding that out.*

Today I am going to show you how to change the welcome message in Windows 10's greeter. It is a pretty easy and fun project to attempt so feel free to do that in your free time, especially in the coronavirus quarantine! 😉
