The song is about her mother, who was a Eurovision fan, and she dreamed of seeing her daughter participate, and she lost her parents when she was 16 years old, in 3 months she lost her father and mother, and at the end of the song is Louane's daughter❤😢

It was during the half time of a Rugbymatch between Scotland and France. The stadium is called Stade de France. Love the song. I do not mind the repetition I thinks it serves the emotional vibe.

I've been watching your videos for years now, and it's always a pleasure to get your genuine feelings about the songs. Sending you love from France.

Her mother died when she was 16, her father too.

Surprisingly i really love this one, even tho I'm not a big fan of french ballads. Tho I also have to say, they always grow on me. Same with Voila as with Mon Amour.

That was perhaps a first in France to include a live music performance mid match. It was an important rugby match.
We don't do this in France typically. When I saw that, I did think of the Superbowl.

I wonder of her singing from the sky, is representative of her mom in heaven, as shes transitioning into a mom herself..

You don't have to say sorry. It's your opinion, and you are not disrespectful at all. So everything is fine. I like the song more than you do, but we all have different tastes and expectations. That's why ESC so unique. At the end we praise the love to music and that we can listen to all the different countries. ❤

I fully agree with you. I love the song but the song is quite repetitive, especially the Maman's. In the bridge is the worst part. Her lyrics are beautiful so I wanted more of them.

❤ Hi, I love your reactions. Have you seen the video clip of Spain's representative Melody with Esa Diva? Did you like it? 💋

While Louane’s 'Maman' is undeniably a beautiful and heartfelt piece, I can’t help but feel a pang of unease about its place in Eurovision. The song’s subject—grieving a lost parent and the tender bond of motherhood—is something so many of us connect with deeply, and in another context, it would shine as a moving tribute. Yet, in the festive, competitive spirit of a music contest, it feels jarring, almost morally misaligned. By laying bare such a personal tragedy so literally, without the veil of metaphor, and then amplifying it through interviews, it risks coming across less as art and more as an emotional plea—a kind of unintentional begging for sympathy rather than a celebration of resilience or creativity. I say this with respect for Louane’s talent and story, but I wonder if this stage was the right one for such raw vulnerability.

I don't like her vocals. The messege is good but the song does not stand up to the performance.
