Tried a version of your poke build, with celerity, instead of nimbis cloak (free boots or cookies, and approach velocity secondary). On god I think these runes are the way yoricks ment to be played. You get to be a mage dealing reasonable poke damage, have the tools to dis/enguage, and meaningful q damage.
Still haven't found a consistent build, but tanky items after eclipse and grudge have a good balance.
Not having demolish sucks, but you deal way more damage to turrets if you just kill the enemies under it.
