Sa mga hindi nakakaintindi (na mukhang marami sa mga nagcocomment) ang target market ng ABS-CBN for this device e yung mga walang cable OR malabo ang analog signal. This device feeds DIGITAL SIGNAL, and displays it to your CRT or LCD/LED TV. Talagang 480p lang ang output kasi AV cable lang naman.

Uulitin ko, ang target market nito e yung mga WALANG CABLE or MAHINA ang signal ng antenna.

In case you're wondering why there are only limited channels, I just called their hotline and was told that in the meantime, the box can only detect stations that broadcast in digital. I am only able to receive GMA, TV5 and UNTV channels on top of the ABS-CBN channels. Naka test broadcast pa lang yung ibang channels. Eventually daw, makukuha na rin yung ibang free-to-air channels pag na phase out na ang analog. In fairness, ang linaw ng signal kahit na sa lumang crt tv lang and it saved me from getting an additional cable box for my other TV's at home.

Connect your outdoor antenna sa "Splitter" papunta sa TV Plus sa likod para di makalat un wires, at para madali mag switch ng ibang channel na di masagap pag naglipat sa Analog.

Hope you can add ANC and Animax, since you know we need some anime as well. Okay Yey, but Animax is better (buti Easy TV has AniPlus).

Guys hindi totoong nakablock yung ibang channels, the reason why hindi pa nasasagap ng mahiwang black box yung ibany channel is because hindi pa sila naka digital broadcast, pero may mga times na biglang magugulat kayo kase makukuha nyo yung ibang channel na hindi nyo usually napapanuod, its because yung ibang networks nagtetest na din sila ng digital broadcast, and good thing is kapag nagdigital broadcast na din sila (mandatory na po kase sa lahat ng networks na dapat mag digital broadcast na) is masasagap yun ng mahiwagany black box na yan, so in the future LAHAT NG NETWORKS na nakadigital broadcast na mapapanuod nyo din gamit ang inyong abscbn TVPlus. :)))

For more powerful and clearer reception, if you have that old outside antenna, you can connect that to the black box antenna output (female).

I think kelangan ng mas thorough explanations from NTC and TV networks para maintindihan talaga ng iba kung ano talaga ang ibig sabihin ng digital television. 

Polycaps Gundam actually, ang sinasabi sa ads, para kang nanunuod ng DVD movie, so imagine watching a DVD movie upon watching using ABS-CBN TVplus. Another thing, DVD means "digital video disc". "Digital" ah, eh saan ba sinasaksak, sa RCA din, diba? Just like this product.
