A ceremony was held in Dhaka, Bangladesh, to pay tribute to Pakistan’s founder, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah, on his death anniversary.
The event, organised by the Nawab Salimullah Academy, took place at the Tofazzal Hossain Manik Mia Hall of the National Press Club, where banners displayed Quaid’s famous motto, "Unity, Faith, and Discipline."
The ceremony was attended by the Pakistani Deputy High Commissioner, Kamran Dhengal, along with scholars, journalists, writers, historians, and citizens.
Speakers highlighted the significance of Quaid-e-Azam’s leadership in the creation of Pakistan and the Pakistan Movement.
Speakers remarked that if it weren't for Quaid-e-Azam, Pakistan would not have existed, and Bangladesh might not have emerged either.
They emphasised the importance of maintaining strong relations between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
