First Drone Flight | Mavic Air | Eisenhower Park | Long Island | Nassau County

This is long over due but I’m finally flying the drone! I purchased it in OCT 2018 and it’s been sitting in the box ever since. Sadly, I was pretty intimidated to fly it and just kept letting fear prevent me from taking our channel to another level. I bought this before we moved from Florida and we just got really busy. Well now that we are getting out to try and enjoy nature, I decided to finally do it!

For its first flight, I took a trip to with my DJI Mavic Air to explore a little bit of Eisenhower Memorial Park here on Long Island. We fly over places like the Nassau Veterans Memorial Coliseum, the home of the NHL Pro team the Islanders! We also take a look at the park itself and the Veteran’s Memorial in the middle of the amazing scenery. What a beautiful dedication and remembrance of all those that have served and given their lives in service to this GREAT country🇺🇸

Same here. Have the drone but just don't know where to go flying it. Can you share what your experience was flying at Eisenhower Park? Did anyone ask you any questions about the drone? Do you go often here? Can you suggest some other places where flying the drone will be tolerated (or ignored)? Thanks. Love the video.
