Outstanding! I've just started my kettlebell journey at the age of 55. I'm nowhere neer this level of weight, but already seeing the impact to the other sports I do. I hope I'll catch up by the time I'm 59! :)

Incredibly impressive and inspiring.

I think you'll find things easier if you keep the Kettlebell closer to your centre of mass. You're catching it very far to your side, same with your snatches actually. Be less strain on your shoulders and more efficient if you rack it close in.

That's good strength for 59yo but pay attention to your clean technique. The kettlebell slams on your forearm. To avoid that dont swing the kb forward but swing it on the side (try to look some kb cleans technique videos, you will improve your performance) 😊

It’s good man. As someone who has used kettlebells religiously for almost 10 years and been at double 32kg level for long spells I can honestly say anyone lifting the 32s are seriously strong and a force to be reckoned with. Forget these idiot steroid heads lifting stupid weights. Double 32s and you are walking around like superman, knitted together like nothing else
