I Caught THE Tampa Bay Bridge MONSTER

In this video I use big chunks of blue crab to fish for huge bridge monsters (giant black drum) AKA Big Ugly. These black drum get very large and powerful and hang out under bridges throughout Tampa Bay, Florida in the spring and summer. They put up a crazy fight as you will see in this video. Don’t know where you put in but it looked like the causeway from the video. If you fished Howard Franklin Bridge your closet run would be from Cypress Park at the end of Cypress. Couldn’t tell. Used to dive for stone crabs & sheep head there years ago. Thanks for the video

Nice dude. You can't hardly fish the bridges in the summer without catching them. I catch 40-50 pounders on 12 pound test while snapper fishing.

Had to watch this 1 because at 1st I thought you were going to soak those crabs in 5 hr energy, lol! I'm definitely looking forward to our trip there at end of April this year. Had knee surgery on Jan 21 and just now getting to walk. Hope to maybe catch you around while we are there
