Akihiko became an emotional man, who is a keeper. He always hugs haruki as he is precious. And makes him loved every single day.

Akihiko actually wanted haruki to help him, when haruki asked. But his pride made him unable to say.
Plus: When akihiko broke up with ugetsu, while he was walking back to the cac stage, he crouched (as seen from the movie credits) and he kept thinking that "it's alright. i'm going back to his side. I'm gonna tell him i love him", with real feelings, in a vulnerable form.

Actually the reason akihiko is poor is because his father is a stupid man. Not badly, in a pure way. He just forgot that japanese yen has a euro to yen rate. And send much less money than he actually intended. And forgot.

Afterwards when akihiko mets his father, he tells his dad, the father became a crying face, and akihiko gets 5 million yen. Yeeahhh..
