Would love to have a video from you about the wheel of the year and neopagan ideas vs more traditional or historical practices. I thought the equinoxes and solstice celebrations were ancient and the fire festivals were newer. The idea of the wheel of the year is certainly neopagan. I don’t know if it even matters. Paganism is more about personal connection with the energies of nature and change for the good of all. Sometimes I hate labels and other times I want them to better understand.

Lucy is very careful about giving instructions and her feelings in her decks. I am a solitary witch, I have this deck and for me it is gentle, loving and wise. I think where you said "cartoonish" when talking about the art style that you were thinking more "whimsical" which this deck is and part of it's charm. I also understood when you said "for beginners" that you meant "beginners could find this good as well" It would be good for beginners, but it's really a good deck for anyone at any point, whether they are a reader, user, a bit witchy or not witchy. I find it a very good overall use deck for anyone at any point in their practice. I hope that you enjoy the deck as you learn to use it. Thank you for your walkthrough I really enjoy them. Be well!

This deck looks wonderful. I'm not sure why, but it seems a little negative to call the info at the front "basic" and stress that the deck is suitable for a novice witch. I think witches at any level can appreciate and use any deck provided the artwork and copy content is cleverly created. I also don't find the images "pastel" or "muted" they're actually very strong, dark colours in all the cards. The artist may have used pastel type materials to create some of the imagery but pastels suggest light pinks, blues, yellows etc and this deck is very dark, dramatic and witchy in its colour choices. Sorry if I sound critical but I was kind of wincing as you went through it. And I didn't feel the audience/purchasers needed to be constricted to novice witches at all, hence my thoughts.
