I have seen many people say that even tough Goku cant kill him, GER cant also damage Goku but people seem to forget that GER also has the abilities of normal GE, and that is important because GE has an ability called "life shot" which allows GE to put energy into someone or something (like a tree) Giorno has mostly used this ability to heighten his enemies senses to make them feel more pain whet hit, but now is where it gets interesting. Giorno has also showcased that he can speed up a living beings metabolism by putting life energy into it which will make the target age at rapid speeds. So Giorno could use this to age Goku to death

It's definitive that GER Giorno will never lose to Goku. The real part up for debate is how the death loop is activated. As far as I can tell, in the manga, it says that it activates when GER hits you after you've been affected by RTZ activation. This means that Goku would go into a death loop after RTZ and GER hits him (probably with infinite deaths that could actually kill him rather than car hits and stabbings).

For the people who can digest it but Nope. Gold Experience Requiem is an acasual being that exists outside of time, space and reality a variable that will always affect Goku. It was able to act and move in a place where time was erased, so already Gold Experience Requiem is infinitely faster than Goku giving it the speed advantage. Next is their powers. Goku is nothing more than a martial artist with a lot of firepower and a lot of ”Ki based techniques.” Gold Experience Requiem resets any action, willpower to 0 if it were ever put in danger. None of Goku’s power will matter since the moment Goku tries to attack it or do anything to harm it, his actions would’ve already been reset to 0 and he would be standing there motionless since his willpower is also 0 and also completely clueless to what happened. Even if, and I mean, IF, Goku manages to kill it, it can undo its own demise. Not even fate can stop Gold Experience Requiem after all.

GER's Return to Zero and Life Giver abilities aren't the only thing that makes it busted. Every Stand has stats that help determine it's combat potential, those being Destructive Power, Speed, Range Durability, Precision, and Developmental Potential. The problem with GER is that all of these stats are null as the Stands purpose is to serve as the ultimate Checkmate to any Stands that have come before or after. If we assume that null means infinite, this would mean that GER is a being with infinite AP, speed, range, durability, precision, and potential for growth. If we wanted to low-ball GER however by comparing it to Stands in the first JoJo Universe, we'd do so by comparing it to Stands such as Star Platinum: The World and Made in Heaven. Star Platinum: The World is estimated to have anywhere from city level to mountain level AP and Made in Heaven has infinite speed. This would give GER to attack with naturally mountain level AP enhanced by infinitely accelerating speed. Combine this with the planetary to universal range of effect thanks to scaling from Stands such as Killer Queen Bites The Dust, Silver Chariot Requiem, and Made in Heaven, durability that makes it impossible to destroy thanks to Sheer Heart Attack, Cheap Trick, and Notorious B.I.G, surgical level precision thanks to Star Platinum, and nigh-infinite Developmental Potential thanks to Baby Face. This alone would make GER an absolutely terrifying force of nature for a good majority of characters in fiction to face, never mind it's Return to Zero and Life Giver abilities.

For those who are not able to digest the fact that goku lost
diavolo literally skips time for 10 seconds and no one can move in it except for diavolo, which makes diavolo movements equivalent if not faster than that of goku's, and GER becomes active as soon as giorno is danger so yeah giorno & GER wins

GERs punched can’t even flinch Goku but RTZ prevents Goku from ever attacking Giorno so it’s just some weird BS scenario where absolutely nothing happens.

GER is really overpowered. Like, very very. He has stats that are powerful that they can't be shown. But goku has beat lots of foes, like beerus, golden frieza, goku black/zamasu and many more.
