Lucy, your exercises on the glutes have been life changing for me. A few months into working out with you, I went down to pick something off of the floor and I immediately dropped into a squat! For most of my life, I had been bending at the waist; now ai can’t imagine doing anything but a squat to safely and painlessly pick something up! My physical therapist was not only overjoyed at seeing me squat to put down my bag but praised my form. Thank you. 🤩
