On this subject since Alice Cooper was inspired by Arthur Brown, don't you find that Arthur Brown's song Fire is a perfect evil clown archetype, and rather Joker-like? Not just because of the make up appearance, but the whole vibe - joyous in chaos and destruction, dancing in the flames, and mocking the folly of people and absurdity of life as nothing they've worked for truly matters and is so easily destroyed. Specifically the black and white TV performance.
