Instagram will suppress your video if it is shot in 4k. I think it is best to shoot videos using instagram app only not your primary camera app

I have a question! After posting my Reel, the quality was fine, I noticed it only turned blurry MONTHS later!! How can I get the quality back to normal without having to delete my reel and start over again? I find this to be so frustrating!!! 🤯🤯🤯

If you can help me… My old reels are started to covert automatically in low quality. It came to know recently when i was checking my old reels and found that all of those are playing in low quality and in blurry way.

I’m wondering if there is something else that could cause blurry photos in a reel .. I try to make one with both video and photos - video is clear but photos aren’t . Internet speed is fast, and I checked the option for high quality downloads.. what else could fix this ? I also restarted phone .

even after turning on the highest quality upload option, whenever I upload the photos or video, it goes blurry.
