Mate, you got to let me show you some EDM sound shaping sometime 😎
Be careful with OTT. It's extremely aggressive, so use it lightly. Depth of around 20% in most cases is more than enough. OTT is an Upwards and Downwards compressor... It's a rare situation where you need both upwards and downwards so be sure to have in mind what you're using OTT for and use it accordingly.
I usually go:
EQ > Compressor > Saturation > Very light OTT > Stereo imaging > Surgical EQ > Exciter > Sidechain

Im sorry to say this but its actually quite an incomplete description 😅. EDM uses pretty much every effect that is available although saturation, distortion, filtering, phaser, flanger, vocoder, compressing, and limiting are probably some of the most used effects. OTT is merely a staple in 2022. Please im kindly asking you to do your research before posting these types of tutorials.

Nah, you're forget the important thing, which is to get "EDM" Sound, just stack a bunch of synth you have, then put OTT on synth bus and don't forget to add sidechain on it 👌🏼
