Please do not lay her in devices not meant for sleep, even if you are awake. (Especially a pillow inside of the bassinet.) This causes positional asphyxiation, which is silent. Even if you are awake, you may never hear it. There’s a reason behind the warnings on all of these items.

Just wanted to comment to say You are an amazing mama. People can be so mean and judgmental. Just remember they don’t know you or your family and don’t see every second of your life. You went through so much to have her and your birth story was almost identical to mine so just wanted to say take care of yourself and you are a strong amazing capable mother. You are doing great. ❤

Best advice I got when I had my son is to do everything you normally do at home, run the vacuum, have music on, make noise so that she will learn to sleep through anything! It’s a life saver especially when you’re out and about ❤❤❤ she is adorable ❤❤
