I'd rather hear Ray make a mistake than hear most violinists play "perfectly!" He's such a wonderful violinist. Great musician. Nice guy.

It’s not easy folks. Tough spot in the piece. It sounds like an equipment malfunction the bow collapsed. He tightened it up and nailed it next time.

This is a truly amazing violin concerto, probably one of my favorites (Violin Concerto in E minor Opus 68 mvt 1 by Felix Mendelssohn)
