I'm adding this comment a year later, but letting dogs near horses like this is foolish. When I was a kid, our dog's tail was bitten off by our horse. The horses in this video are not even family owned horses. Horses are capable of stomping an animal to death too.

If your dog startles the horse for any reason and it buckles, there's a high risk of being trampled or kicked. Please do not let your dog close to horses for its and their wellbeing
