One of the most tempting sandwiches there is. Perfect combination of bread, meat, tomato and lots of melted cheese.

The key is also the ingredients we use in to make our bread. It has to be delicately crispy on the outside but with a very tender crumb on the inside. And that is provided by the milk.

Here is the formula:

Dough weight: 1000 grs.
Ingredients:
- (100%) Le 5 Stagioni's Superiore flour: 568.2 grs
- (70%) Milk: 397.7 grs
- (3%) Fresh yeast: 17.0 grs
- (2%) Salt: 11.4 grs

Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C/428°F for 20 minutes.

Here’s what we used to make the meatballs:

- Ground meat
- Chorizo sausage
- Bread crumbs
- Chopped garlic and parsley
- Egg yolk
- Salt and pepper
- Pepper
