Alhamdulillah for witnessing again the holy month ...Masha Allah, , , Ramadan Mubarak....bt at the same time I was crying just before writing here ...thinking of my beloved brothers and sisters of Palestine....they are too human ...😢...wish May Allah ease their sufferings and bless them peace with food and shelter and safe them from any harm and pain ...today is the first day of fasting and just I took the fast....and ...inside of me I was so sad also 😢😢...Allah we all follow you for your blessings so plz bless them first ....ameen

salam brothers and sisters, i have a question . i have suffered from an eating disorder since i was 14, i was excited for ramadan but i was mostly excited to lose a lot of weight. . i try to distract my mind with Quran and Hadith but all i can think about is getting skinny to the point of sickness . I am worried that my restrictive eating habits and disordered thinking might result in me harming myself, what can I do ?
