For many people, like myself, ginger is amazing at preventing migraines. When I feel a migraine coming (classic migraine with aura) I take 300-600mg of ginger and it can stop the migraine in its tracks. It has to be taken at the 1st sign of a migraine to work. It can't be taken too early just as a prophylaxis (preventive) or too late into the migraine process. I don't know what mechanism it is working off of. This was recommended by my MD and it works well for me and my daughter.

try this recipe, it's very good! i mix 4 cups of cold water in a quart jar, 1 tbl spoon chopped up ginger root, 2 oz lemon juice, 2 oz apple cider vin, one packet of lemonaide crystal light, shake well or store over night in the fridge, very good detox and a ton of benefits from all ingredients

I've been making ginger tea every morning for the past week or so. I just grate the frozen root itself into my cup while the water boils, steep three minutes, then strain. I really started drinking it again for its anti inflammatory benefits, but now I can definitely see digestive improvements as well. If I do have myself a very carby meal now, I don't experience that drowsy crash that comes with it anymore. I'm also prone to long days, going into long nights, of lots of beer. I've yet to see how ginger has affected that, but I have high hopes for it.

Ginger root tea with raw honey is great for stopping nausea. I make the tea myself.

I peel ginger with a knife, cut in small cubes and juice it in my wheat grass juice extractor. Then I freeze it in small glass containers, I use it every morning in my tea.

I enjoy making a hot tea using raw local honey, turmeric, and ginger. Relaxes my body, eases my joint and back pain. I stopped using NSAIDS years ago after they messed up my stomach. Wish I would’ve known sooner.

I was suffering from migraines, painful periods, pms, insomnia, brain fog, weakening eyesight, fatigue. I started taking 3/4 of a teaspoon of fresh ginger and blending it, added juice of half a lemon, and adding one glass of water and drinking it daily. All these problems have gone. And it's extremely surprising for me, because i never imagined that anything could fix migraines. Even my eyesight has improved, and i feel fresh all the time, no fatigue or brain fog.

Great video! You may have just saved me some making a serious mistake!!!! I have been doing Wim Hof breath work for some months and have expanded my breath hold capacity substantially. I recently saw a video where the presenter was speaking about the benefits of chewing ginger to expand aerobic capacity and exercise capacity by expanding your breath capacity. I just bought some raw ginger and was planning on using it beginning this week. However, when you mentioned studies show it can raise testosterone, I froze in place. I’m dealing with a serious medical condition at present that raising my testosterone would be absolutely the worst thing I could do. THANK YOU!

Mince Ginger (1inch) and Garlic (1clove
add 1tbsp:
Honey
Olive oil EVOO
Lemon juice

Add 1/2 Avocado

Mash together with little chunks of Avocado and pinc of Himalaya pink salt

Serve chilled or room temp and say WOW

For appetizer or dessert
