Hey guys! Hope you enjoy this super practical way to get secret information from your spectator. Here are my two PRO TIPS to really make this a killer!

1) you CAN do a passcode or birthday but I always prefer doing an animal or object because to me the “mind reading” part is very important. So when I see the animal or the object, I ask myself “why would someone think of this?” With a skunk for example, I know Ekaterina lives near a forrest and it was summer so it’s likely that she thought of that because she had a recent unpleasant visit, use your head to make little assumptions based on what you saw.

2) it’s possible that a few of you noticed the moment it happened in the performance. But remember, context changes everything. You are sitting at home watching a tutorial video, knowing what’s about to happen. Your spectator in real life has no idea what’s about to happen and you can misdirect them with your gestures and words. Remember to be very casual about this and they will have no clue what just happened.

I love performing this! My niece loves magic but has trouble handling cards at the moment with more detailed sleights & methods. She’s only 8. This is something she can do, and is the first thing she actually performs with confidence (besides key card principles which I taught her at 6). Thanks for sharing this method Spidey!
