It came in a great hour. I discovery after tons of exams that I got an issue on my back, called quadratus lumborum. Could you provide more exercises to relief it. It is terrible. Congrats for the channel and for helping us!!!

Well another great timing, had some back pain from lifting weights the day ago. I went to a bicycle ride and figure 4 stretching, foam roller and good hamistring stretches.
I will get a Shiatsu Massage next week.

Yep i was basically decommissioned from working out for about 2 week. I thought i snapped something bigtime back there. I was scared to go to a doctor so i just rode it out. It eventually recovered.

5:27 yes how about more people needing Shiatsu or Massages for body -mind connection. More now than ever it can help stress or ever changing world too.

I agree with stretching and exercise since it is an active approach but what science has to say on to that ? Why do we have pain on this area ? Why low back is so common ? I don’t think its simply the SI or QL or any other kind of muscle per say but rather also some other external factors might lead to pain(stress, cognitions, ) . Is there really a poor posture ? What science says ?
Science suggests that sedentary lifestyle can lead to more pain . This relation can be described in various ways. It might be related to office work and constant extension of the q.l. But i think the most important thing is to overall promote physical activity and make our body less sensitive to danger(that constant slouched position when sitting ) . I like the idea that you explain that is not that harmful but i think we should try to relieve low back with a more comprehensive approach by also trying to explain people that pain is normal and common and sometimes the body feels painful not because we have a problem with any of our muscles but maybe our emotions/thoughts about our problem play a role as well. Blaming a muscle for that pain makes it worse.
