Turning old into new – and not losing valuable production time. This is the best way to describe what our Lifecycle Service has to offer when it comes to the maintenance of assemblies. With its exchange programme, Krones Lifecycle Service (LCS) replaces defective or worn-out assemblies directly for refurbished and already available components.
For sure, the biggest advantage is the factor time: Instead of waiting for the assembly being overhauled, the customer can simply buy a fully refurbished assembly from Krones' inventory, which is directly reinstalled by a service employee following the plug-and-play principle. This way, there is no significant time loss, and the production downtime is minimised.
