I think this scene shows how Bruce can control his transformation here but I think he and Hulk can tell that Talbot will no doubt cause an army of similar beasts, which is why both Bruce and Hulk work together to not let Talbot beat them here in this scene. No matter how much the guy deserves a beating.

(Chandler zapped Lincoln with taser again)

Hulk 2003 I didn’t really like that movie to be honest that movie needed a lot of improvements to make!
