Well done, Mr. Obst! My Daddy would be very proud to know that young, talented musicians still perform his work. If you don't mind a small piece of feedback, when Daddy conducted my school, I don't think he took the first appearance of the festival quite so fast, but at the finale we were definitely off to the races. Feel free to hold and hesitate during the entrance of the matador part following the trumpet solo. You can really make those fabulous notes hang in the air. Of course, your personal interpretation was awesome and Daddy would have loved it. Sorry I don't have the music in front of me and can't be more specific. this is WAY to fast!!! sounds frantic. the slower sections sounds great
