Come Hunt with Me! - GIVEAWAY - Texas Hogs

This year, I cleaned out my closet and sell my old hunting gear to raise money to take someone hunting. I wanted to do this as a way to give back to all of you who have followed, subscribed, and supported me over the years! This will be a paid trip to Lubbock, Texas where we will go archery hunt some hogs together! Everything will be filmed for an episode on my channel.

I got into archery, bc I wanted to successfully hunt deer in IL. I’d never hunted a big game animal, and the gun seasons are really short in IL. I knew that I could probably get it done with the amount of time bow season provided. So, I bought a bow, learned how to shoot it, practiced, and shot a buck after 12 field days into my first hunting season. Ever since then, I’ve been hooked. Archery is a means to the best adventures I could ask for. So, for me, archery means the gateway to paradise.

I started at Bass Pro in camo 3 years ago with no knowledge of bows or hunting. I kept getting passed by the guys in gunbar until one day a tall giant stopped and talked to me. Big Chris use to run Archery and he would talk to me about bows and guns. I started getting interested but didn't think I could do it. Then I met Paige Jones and she showed me that not only would it be possible to shoot but to enjoy Archery. Now it's how I connect to my faith and I love it! I'm even an Archery Tech at Bass pro now and did my first TAC this year in San Antonio!

Rolling the dice on this one (I never win anything lol). I love archery and got into it when I was in the marines. I had a good friend of mine introduce me to the sport, shot his bow, got my own, practiced all the time, and have been hooked since. I love the strategy, toughness, patience, and the pure thrill of taking meat from the field to the table. Harvesting game is something that YOU can be proud of, especially if you end up sharing it with others. Being able to organize a game plan and successfully execute is what I love most about bow hunting. I’ll be sure to follow up with a tag in my IG story shooting my bow. 👊🏻
